2012 South Central Piano Technicians' Conference

I recently attented the three-day PTG South Central Regional conference at the YO Ranch and Hotel in Kerville, TX.  I attended all sorts of classes from advanced tuning and repair, to business practices and client relations.  It was energizing and wonderful to make new connections and learn new techniques!
Here are some photos of the conference.

Piano Technician's Regional Conference Oct 7-9th

Located in the beautiful hill country outside of Burnet, TX, the annual South Central Conference of the Piano Technician's Guild is a three-day event featuring full days of hands-on instruction and lectures.  Over 100 Participants from from NM, TX, OK, AR, and LA will gather to focus on tuning, regulating, voicing, and rebuilding, as well as business management.  The scenic location features 14 miles of hiking trails and river kayaking/canoeing.  I'm proud to announce my participation in this event, and I'm excited to take part in the advancement of piano technology in Central Texas!

The South Central Regional Conference website can be found here.

UPDATE: The conference was a huge success, as I met many piano technicians and learned much from some of the best teachers in the region.  I'm looking forward the the National Convention in Kansas City 2011!
